Terms of Service

Planelico is an online service available at planelico.com, allowing users to annotate PDF floor plans with electrical and smart-home symbols and export professional technical documents.

The service is operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher".

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. It is recommended to review them regularly.

The service is accessible:

• Without an account: via the local editor, without cloud storage.
• With a free account: access to 1 cloud project, up to 2 floors and 2 layers per floor, PDF import, 370+ technical symbols, generated panel preview and watermarked PDF export.
• With a Premium account: lifetime access to the Premium features described on the Pricing page, within the limits stated there, including 3 cloud projects. Premium accounts purchased before October 12, 2026 keep the unlimited cloud projects included at the time of purchase.
• With a Pro subscription: Premium features without a cloud project limit, plus the professional features described on the Pricing page, for as long as the subscription is active.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without notice or compensation.

To access cloud features, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by using Google sign-in.

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all actions taken from their account. They agree to immediately notify the Publisher of any unauthorized use.

The Publisher reserves the right to delete any account that violates these Terms of Service.

Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. Prices on the Australian pages are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

The Premium plan is offered as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. Access is granted for life on the relevant account, under the terms in force at the time of purchase.

The Pro plan is a monthly or annual subscription, renewed automatically and cancellable at any time from “My account”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. The price of an active subscription is not changed without prior notice to the subscriber.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party provider. The Publisher does not store any banking data. In case of a payment dispute, users may contact the Publisher at the address mentioned in section 1.

The Publisher refunds any purchase on request within 14 days of payment. This change-of-mind policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Users agree to use the service lawfully and not to:

• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Publisher's systems;
• Share their credentials with third parties;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service;
• Publish or transmit unlawful content through the service.

All elements of the service (source code, design, symbols, "Planelico" brand) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property law.

Users retain full ownership of the PDF floor plans and projects they create through the service.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use of Planelico elements is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions or unavailability;
• Data loss resulting from a technical failure;
• Indirect damages related to the use of the service.

Users are advised to regularly back up their projects using the JSON export function.

Planelico is a design aid. Circuits, switchboards and documents it generates must be checked by a qualified, licensed electrician, who remains responsible for the installation and its compliance with local rules.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services are supplied with due care and skill and are fit for any purpose you made known. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users may delete their account at any time from the My account page. Deletion results in permanent loss of associated cloud projects.

The Publisher reserves the right to terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms of Service, without notice or refund.

These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other law of your state or territory that applies to you and cannot be excluded.

Before any legal action, please contact the Publisher so that a solution can be found amicably.
