Terms of Service

Planelico is an online service available at planelico.com, allowing users to annotate PDF floor plans with electrical and smart-home symbols and export professional technical documents.

The service is operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher".

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. It is recommended to review them regularly.

The service is accessible:

• Without an account: via the local editor, without cloud storage.
• With a free account: access to 1 cloud project, PDF import, 64 technical symbols, PDF export with watermark.
• With a Premium account: unlimited access to all features described on the Pricing page.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without notice or compensation.

To access cloud features, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by using Google sign-in.

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all actions taken from their account. They agree to immediately notify the Publisher of any unauthorized use.

The Publisher reserves the right to delete any account that violates these Terms of Service.

Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.

The Premium plan is offered as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. Access is granted for life on the relevant account.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party provider. The Publisher does not store any banking data. In case of a payment dispute, users may contact the Publisher at the address mentioned in section 1.

In accordance with applicable law, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless the service has been fully performed before expiry with the user's express agreement.

Users agree to use the service lawfully and not to:

• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Publisher's systems;
• Share their credentials with third parties;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service;
• Publish or transmit unlawful content through the service.

All elements of the service (source code, design, symbols, "Planelico" brand) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property law.

Users retain full ownership of the PDF floor plans and projects they create through the service.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use of Planelico elements is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions or unavailability;
• Data loss resulting from a technical failure;
• Indirect damages related to the use of the service.

Users are advised to regularly back up their projects using the JSON export function.

Users may delete their account at any time from the My account page. Deletion results in permanent loss of associated cloud projects.

The Publisher reserves the right to terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms of Service, without notice or refund.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
